That's what you need to make an offer. You don't make an offer to a bigger draw. The bigger draw is to make offers to lower profile guys, that's how business works. Do you really see low key promoters offering 350K to Ward? No way. My point still stands.
Kovalev, GGG, and toss up between Wlad/Pulev. No top contender wants to face Wlad unless a big payday is on the line.... Most are playing the waiting game and praying to god that he retires soon.

Rigo, definitely. He brings basically nothing to the table, except a boring lost. Kovalev is there, because he brings a KO. PAC has to be there since the P4P king has been ducking him.
GGG is by far the most ducked, he has the other so-called MW champs and top contenders scared in the corner like little girls and has to fight nobodies in order to stay active it's embarrassing Rigo and Kovalev are good shouts too
