His post fight interviews are a pain to listen to. Like some fan just hopped into the ring and started asking dumb, irrelevant questions.

 

Max is better on HBO than he was on ESPN2. However, forget Max and get rid of the damned criminal judges, criminal referees, esp. Laurence Cole, the very worst. Clean up boxing commissions and the boxing orgs., such as the WBC ranking Wilder #3 WBC for not fight anyone even nearly ranked, boxing needs a federal boxing commission.............

 

Max gets exposed as a clown baffoon on the Sportsnation show each weekday on ESPN. How the hell his sophomoric asss got to be Merchant's replacement on HBO is a million dollar mystery. It would be like his equally annoying clown butt buddy former NFL practice tackle dummy Marcellus Wiley being asked to replace John Madden for NFL broadcasts.

Yeah, Kellerman is - hands down - the worst boxing commentator I have ever seen on a major network since I've been following boxing. And it's been 35 years, so I've seen a lot of boxing commentators!

Kellerman was plucked from obscurity in the 90s and put on ESPN because of family connections. He had - LITERALLY - no real experience of the sport. He was some snot-nosed punk who had a stupid cable access show in NYC. That's it. No years of journalistic experience like Al Bernstein, Larry Merchant, Steve Farhood and others. And no work as a boxing participant, like Roy Jones, Paulie Malignaggi, or Gil Clancy. Nothing.

No, all Kellerman had was a rich daddy who knew Bill Cayton and bingo, he's on ESPN right out of college. And that lack of real experience with the sport STILL shows. HBO should have never replaced Larry Merchant with this unqualified clown. Like one boxing journalist said at that the time, "that's like replacing Picasso with the guy who does Elvis paintings outside of Graceland!

Yes, the translator is not even translated what the guy says correctly. My family were shaking their heads. This is not the first time we've heard this guy completely mess up his translation. This is a regular thing from him.

Kellerman is the king of all boxing hacks. Thank the lord I only have to hear from him when he does his godawful post-fight interviews. He obviously reads the dictionary before these interviews, which is laughable considering he often talks to foreign fighters who can't understand a word he says anyway, let alone when he searches deep within himself to use a 'big word' like exacerbate.

Him and that insufferable **** Gareth A. Davies - who needs his bloody barnet shaved - should retire in disgrace. There's enough grounds to get Davies extradited to Mongolia for just looking like an extra from lord of the rings, let alone his dire boxing 'analysis'. In fact that would be a worthwhile petition for parliament - "Signatures needed to extradite Gareth A. Davies to Mongolia".
