Bellew talks a good fight. Talking like he destroyed Brudov, but obviously has forgotten that he really struggled at stages until he caught him late on.

Hope Clev sparks him out clean this time.

I like Tony, but if he loses against Clev he has nowhere to go.

He should just fight 2-3 more fights, try get a title, and THEN face Clev (providing Nath does the same).

Fair play to Nelson for pulling Tony up on it and saying 'He's already beaten you'.

Bellew seems more and more like a dick every time he's on TV. sorry Tony, I know you read these forums but even Nathan, who isn't the most affable person himself showed a little restraint and respect tonight but you had to lower the tone again with your hatred and bitterness.

You don't have to pretend to like the guy, but conduct yourself with some manners for once in your life mate instead of snapping like an angry pitbull (you should save that attitude for when you're in the ring)

And the funny thing is you actually conduct yourself better on forums where you get the most criticism (ironically)

I feel quite sorry for Bellew. His whole life revolves around Cleverly

He is just trying to build the fight. I thought it looked a bit silly tonight as felt it lacked real conviction but it always happens.

Hardly. It will be a good payday for him and his family though so he is trying to big it up. Cannot blame the lad really.

The man lives & breathes the sport and his jealousy of Clev is there to see every time he gets on camera

Can't be arsed tagging the comment. I never said Bellew had no power just not enough to bother Clev.. Bellew always tried to talk up Stevenson as being the best light heavy on the planet and hardest hitter.. You can see clear as day Kovalev hits harder than Stevenson and is the number 1. He's always comparing himself to Clev and trying to make himself look better here's the facts

    1) Clev beat Bellew it was clear
    2) Clev went out on his shield trying to fight Bellew ran away from Stevenson
    3) Clev has the better chin
    4) Clev looks better at the weight

Bellew might have more power but Clev is faster and has a far better variety of punches.. I think the next fight Clev will win by stoppage wonder what excuse we will hear then?

This is what it looked like to me. Seemed more like he was saying things to build the fight and didn't really seem like he meant everything he was saying.

Bellew is so bitter, he keeps saying that he won the first fight, no Bellew you didn't Nathan beat you first time and i hope does again, Cleverly was actually respectful to Bellew last night and about Brudov, Tony acts as if he destroyed Brudov when he was on ***** street in the 7th and struggled with him for large parts of the fight. Same old same old from Bellew talks so much delivers nothing, Stevenson flattened him after he ran like a ***** at least Cleverly fought like a man and went out on his shield. He always has to take digs at Cleverly like saying Stevenson is a better fighter than Kovalev when a majority can see otherwise. Bellew acts as if what he did against Adonis was much better than Cleverly vs Kovalev. It's laughable Bellew the trash talk as if he is a legend the ability of a European champion.

Be a good fight, but this time its at Bellews natural weight so no excuses. I disagree I think Bellew lands clean he will trouble any CW. Cleverly done what he had to against a poor opponent, but he wont be able to just walk up to Bellew as Bellews jab looked better than ever v Brudov, also Bellew looked faster at CW than at LHW, whilst Cleverly looked a lot slower at CW. Be a good fight as I say but fancy Tony to stop him badly in later rounds
