Even in super slo mo there only three frames for the entire event when camera is shot at 60 frames per second. There are simply not enough frames to definitely say. There is no actual shot on what part hits it, you can only infer with the obvious evidence. So if you want to continue to believe Lucas took a strong pimp hand from the back of Danny's glove and that's what caused him to swell like a two dollar hooker then that's on you.
