If I got my 'ass kicked' and win the fight while taking home 30+ million, I wouldn't care what a person on a forum says.. If 800,000 is a flop, then what's not a flop but not great? 1 million? If so, then boxing is dead in your eyes because no one is doing a million every fight.. If you average his fights its a million though...

 

Showtime will have to force Mayweather to fight someone who is a threat and is a ppv attraction.

 

And don't forget, having a Latino fighter as the opponent makes your viewership much higher, regardless of what day the fight is on. And in this case the Latino fighter in question had just beaten up the n.1 hype-job loudmouth in boxing, making him the most popular man in boxing overnight.

Floyd himself has less drawing power than Pacquiao. It's the opponent and the promotors who make the huge PPV numbers (see Canelo and DeLaHoya, both Latino superstars).

This poll makes me feel good and warm inside. Because I don't think Pacquiao's side was entirely blameless. They deserve about 15% of the blame. About the same as me against my ex-girlfriend.

 

Floyd fears Pac, and for good reason. Pac has advantages in movement, speed and power over floyd, and Pac isn't a straight ahead plodder like floyds typical opponents- the angles Pac creates with his punches means floyd cannot account for them all. We saw what Madainas small angles did to Floyd, imagine what Pac's would do.

 

Manny-Floyd reminds me of Lennox Lewis-Riddick Bowe. Lennox tried everything possible to get Bowe's fat ass in the ring. But Bowe just blatantly renaged on an agreed deal. I remember seeing Lennox with a young girl in a yellow chicken suit with CHICKEN BOWE on the back trying to taunt Bowe into a fight. Now today I see young guys claiming it was Lewis ducked Bowe ROFLMAO.
Bowe & Mayweather have something in common BOTH were scared shitless to fight a man who they FEARED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Who cares. They both need to take the test and come to the Motorpoint Arena in Sheffield and pass the torch to Kell Brook.
