Marquez has already said he has no interest in fighting Mayweather, why?

Because Floyd and Marquez are both savvy enough to know when styles are good for them and when they aren't. Rematch is pointless - Floyd would never in a million years run into a shot, and Juan couldn't throw awkward broken rhythm pressure shots even if he tried to or pressure him with size and weight- it's not in his boxing DNA.

Bad style match up for Marquez here, just like the Pac fight is a good style match up for him, even though it's tough for him because Pac is the superior athlete between the two.

Beating Alvarado does not mean being effective against the set of challenges Floyd brings to the ring.

I can't remember who said this but it fits this topic. "A great bigger fighter will always beat a great smaller fighter". I think Marquez realizes this especially with their fighting styles.

Because Floyd is too big and would probably cheat the scales again to fight the much smaller Marquez !

I understand your point, I to think PBF would beat him again. But lets be serious its a completely different JMM now compared to the light weight JMM back then. He was fat as **** trying to compete way above his weight limit.
Look how he smashed the hell out of Pacquiao in the first 2 fights, caught Pac with some huge bombs but never felled the beast. Roll on after doing some major training ( IMO ) and got the result he was looking for with the 6 round KO.

Bad style match for Marquez. He will never win more than a couple of rounds top against Mayweather- if that.

Well in a interview he said we all know what happend in that fight, there's no reason for a second one. He lost every round, looked like an amateur and got knocked down.

Hahahaha ironically enough that's the same reason Pacquiao originally turned down a fight with Mayweather. Seriously though for all the talk about how Pacquiao is fighting the best fighters even after KOing Pac Marquez is considered a cherry pick for May, and an ultimate challenge for Pac that should be a clear sign of who's rated higher but some people will still find a way to spin it.

Because Marquez would win 0 rounds vs Mayweather

Marquez already said "He should go his way and I go mine"

    He wants none of Money.

Money would embarrass him again and I like Marquez.

Marquez should stay AWAY from Money.

JMM more or less conceded that Mayweather was the superior fighter. So much for that warrior mentality.

I don't think he wants Bradley again either and that is a fight which can and should be made.

He doesn't need to cheat the scales to beat Marquez. His style is all wrong for him and he has the size and reach advantages which ultimately buries whatever chances Marquez has anyway.
