It doesn't look like he punches a lot harder to me. I also don't think Froch hits harder than Groves (at least not noticeably).

Joe Gallagher discourages head movement says it wastes energy, much like Sid Khan the coach at Earlsfield abc

Groves had already beaten Charles Adamu at the same stage in his career

Froch don't hit harder than groves, if he does then groves has a better chin than froch

This must be a joke?? IMO any coach who discourages head movement is not a good coach.moving ur head is a great defence and can be used to set up ur attacks by slipping and rolling then firing back.

I like Smith, but if Tobais Webb is landing jabs on him like he was in round 1, then he's got work to do before he's ready for anyone like Groves.

I'm almost as big a fan of his body shots as Jim Watt though. Viscous.

He's fought no one, absolutely no fooking one. So how in the living fook do you know he can operate at Groves's level.

Wasn't that long ago I was hearing the same **** about Price, did you see how that turned out?

Comeback in a years time and if he's fought anyone remotely decent then I will give you a prediction then, until then no fooker knows.

it's a typical 'upright european' style, has worked well for many fighters in the past. it doesn't fiercely object to moving your head (if someone is throwing a punch) just doesn't use it as means to work your way in, instead the use of a jab or even a Klitschko hand in your face is preferred.

Callum smith isn't a fighter with a whole lot of flaws if you watch his fight two previous to Webb he shows some excellent defensive work something fighters like Khan and Price are still struggling with and that is keeping your right hand glued to your chin unless you're using it as a weapon.

and this fight is based on how the fights are in an imaginary future described above, a situation not too dissimilar to Froch vs Groves I. and considering Smith has Ironed out some of his flaws in gained experience.

Personally id go with Groves over 12 probably be a close fight though with maybe a few knockdowns.

He's an amateur coach though Terry and he's doing good things there. I'm talking professional boxing which are like night and day now IMO

Froch has heavy hands but he does not hit as hard as groves.
