Is it me or do they have the line wrong on thins one? With Cotto at +170. Anyway I plan on risking quite a bit on Cotto. So let me all know what you think, who ya got? why is Cotto such a dog? Honestly, I think cottos the better fighter, having fought alot better experience. Is it just the weight that makes him a dog, am I missing something?

They both enter with their fair share of question marks.

    Working against Cotto:
    Overall size and dimensions
    Weight (Cotto 0-0 above 154)
Recent form (1-2 in his last three, hardly impressive) *

    Working against Sergio:
    Injuries
Recent form (how many fights since moving up to MW has Sergio NOT been knocked down in?)
Inactivity (over one year out of the ring)

    * The Cotto and Roach pairing could be a good one, I will say. An unknown X factor, that...

I wouldn't make Sergio a massive favorite, but I can't pick against him here...

I think it really comes down to how bad you think Sergios age is catching up to him. I personally think he is well rested from the Murray fight and has made some changes to be healthier so he will win this fight.

if you have to ask, maybe you shouldnt bet.

cotto has lost 2 of his last 3 fights at junior middleweigt, his lone win was giving delvin rodriguez his 7th or 8th loss.

now he is fighting a guy at 160 that has fough big guys that could hit, like Paul Williams, Chavez Jr, and Kelly Pavlik.

cotto is 5 foot 7 and has also never fought at 160.

not sure how you can say cotto is a better fighter when his best fights were at 147 or 140. he is average at best at 154.

Sergio will walk through whatever cotto has or if cotto trys to box sergio will out box him

better save your money or beat on sergio
    :deal

I have to respectfully disagree with yfou guys. Cotto, is by far the more talented fighter, with marteinez walkibg around with his hands down it will give cotto alot of opportunities and I think serg is over the hill (see Martin fight). Ill give you the weight thats is a true concern but I think cotto is to prideful to go out on an L I see him training real bhard for this one a career defining fight, nothing like the overlooked unknown trout cmp.

I don't see Martinez can lose unless his body has totally given out on him

Cotto is further past his best than Martinez

Not sure why people act like Murray is some scrub just because he has a low KO rate.

So now that you've seen that conventional ESB wisdom says Sergio can't lose, now you know how to bet.

    All in on Cotto. :deal

Martin Murray can punch and has good fundamental defense. Quiet as it is kept he's a special fighter. AND HE NO DOUBT WHOOPED SERGIO'S ASS...

Your not missing anything at all.

These clowns are giving Martinez the win just based on size....Why?? Then how come Martinez beat Chavez jr who was way bigger?? pavilk who was bigger??

ITS A JOKE!! Cotto has way more skills then Martinez, 100% Healthy, better trainer...IM UNLOADING ON COTTO!!

bet it bro and lets get paid!!!
