I love manny (hate his hardcore fans) but I want to scream at him for renewing his contract with top rank, absolute waste of the end of his career, so frustrating.

Who ordered Pacquaio to undergo extensive drug testing? Mayweather.

    Mayweather road block.

You're a doctor now too? And even then, show me where a contract was drafted by Mayweather's team to fight Pacquaio before he went to jail. Remember, "There were no negotiations."

You can't show me a contract.

    Is Bob Arum, Manny Pacquaio?

    Exactly.

Show me something from Pacquaio HIMSELF where he put up a road block.

Mayweather started putting up the road blocks.

There is only so much a man can take. Pacquaio is not about to fight for 10%.

    That's disrespectful.

Arum isn't the only reason the fight isn't happening, but he's a big part of the equation. Arum has ongoing fueds with The MGM Grand, Stephen Espinoza, Richard Schaefer, Floyd Mayweather, and Al Haymon. Arum has stated that he will not do business with Schaefer, or Haymon. He also says that the MGM Grand will have to kiss his ass for him to do another fight there. Schaefer, and Mayweather have stated they will not do business with Arum, and the MGM Grand effectively banned Arum from their casino.

So you have to ask yourself, how can a Mayweather/Pacquiao fight happen if there is serious issues between Arum and the head of the network Mayweather is signed to, Arum and Mayweather's manager, Arum and the face of the company that has been promoting Mayweather's fights, Arum and the casino Mayweather has been fighting all of his fights, Arum and Mayweather himself. Arum is not solely to blame for all these fractured relationships, but he is the common denomenator in all of these fueds.

Screw the PBF fight. Pac is a fool for re-signing with Arum for other reasons.

    1. Arum has been robbing him blind for years.
    2. Tax Issues
    3. **** stable at Top Rank even without the PBF fight he has no options. Who's left? Provo Bradley and JMM.

Pac is big enough and has a big enough brand that he doesn't need Arum he could go solo and get fights and more money.

Pac had demands like a fifty/fifty split, 10 million dollars per pound over weight penalty, glove size and ring size. Mayweather agreed to all of that and just requested blood testing. Seems pretty reasonable to me in light of Pac's requests. Pac chose to walk away and even Roach has said that it was a mistake. Of course, you know differently. lol

I genuinely think arum has dirt on pacquiao, that's the only reason I can see for many re-signing with top rank.

I'm starting to think this as well. How else can you explain resigning with a guy who has been robbing you blind for years???

Exactly, seems a completely illogical decision otherwise, I'm sure we'll be jumped on by pacs hardcore fans but I just can't see any other reason.

It might not even be what everyone is thinking it is, could very well be something completely non boxing related.

Manny did want to fight Floyd, he was eager for the fight until he found out about the randomized drug testing. Then all of the sudden Manny didn't want the fight. He wasn't ducking Floyd per-se, he was scared of the tests that's why his camp was trying to manipulate the dates and time periods for RANDOM testing. BOTH fighters would have taken the same test for the fight. But the way Manny talked, you'd think that he and Floyd were taking different tests. He did not want to fight Floyd in 2009/2010 because that meant he'd have to take the drug testing. He constantly says in public that he'd fight Floyd under any condition yet when it's time to sign the contracts he never does. It's all PR public relations.

Come on man. That was 5 years ago.

    They didn't die.

They've had every opportunity to make the fight for the last 5 years.

Mayweather won't let the fight happen.

They can make the fight right now. Pacquaio said his line is open, 24/7.

Why not make the fight now?

Mayweather said, "I DON'T WANT THE FIGHT."

    Mayweather talked all that ish.

Now he don't want the fight.

    ROAD BLOCK.

Pac's line is open 24/7? LOL! I thought Mayweather called Pac and offered him 40 million. Instead of negotiating, Pac hung up. Road block!
