I don't think he was scared of Floyd, but he was afraid of the random blood testing. He ducked the tests not Floyd. His greatest sin is that he set a bad example by not accepting the drug testing. The OSDT request was a private demand that did not become public until the fight got called off. Had he just agreed, there wouldn't have been an issue and fans wouldn't have even known about the OSDT demand unless HBO 24/7 were to show it. Him being difficult and trying to schedule/manipulate the conditions of random drug testing is the reason that it even became a public issue in the first place. Then came the stupid stuff about him being scared of needles, being weakened by blood test, etc. He turned down millions of dollars because he was scared of the drug tests. He constantly claims in public media appearances that he'd do anything for the fight and he has nothing to hide, but when it's time to accept stipulations and sign his name on the legal documents to actually put his money where his mouth is, notice he never does.

His fans are lost too, I remember years ago Pacquiao fans claiming that Manny was "too big of a star" to acquiesce to Floyd's demands for extra drug testing. Now they're saying that there needs to be extra testing because they think JMM is juicing. One minute they say JMM is on roids because he has Angel Heredia in his camp. The next minute, they act like Manny's years of invincibility with dodgy characters in his camp like Alex Ariza is "no big deal". Manny's second greatest sin is the people he brought into boxing who wouldn't have ordinarily watched the sport without him. He has produced legions of hypocritical casuals who are nonchalant about cheating in the sport when it comes to their guy, but are up and arms whenever someone else is suggested as being a cheater.

What about cuts need time to heal? what about needing time for a stadium to be built? What about Pac can't fight in May? What about we don't have enough time to promote the fight? What about turning down a 40 million dollar payday and not making a counter-offer?

You act as if this is 100% on PBF and Pac has no blame here which is fuc king ridiculous. Pac has to share in the blame for this fight not happening. It's not all on PBF to make this fight. PBF is the champion here not the challenger remember that.:deal PBF's job is to defend challenges not issue them Pac's job is to issue a challenge or make an offer which he hasn't done. Your irrational hatred for PBF prevents you from seeing this.

Also he has been ripped of by Arum an independent accounting firm has verified this. He has huge tax debts a **** stable of options. Yet he chooses to resign with Arum? I'm starting to think Arum has some dirt on him because anyone who's as big as Pac is have or would leave Arum when they got a chance. Like I said before Pac is the dumbest motherfuc ker in sports.
