    Yes Mayweather tried to make the fight before, Pac hasnt. after that last offer Mayweather was like Pac is only gonna fight me when he leaves because obvisoluy he listens to Arum on everything and Arum doesnt want the Mayweather fight

    There was no roadblocks. Mayweather only had 2 demands. the fight titled Mayweather-Pacquiao and random testing 14 days.

    Pac turned it down. even as a Pac fan i was back then it was a duck

    Does it matter? Manny walked away from the negotiation (MAyweather fight) coz Manny knows he's juicing.
