Maybe, but it's Pac's call as to whether or not he want's go down this path, and obviously the answer appears to be no.

that was tied up in court for years. not sure if it was ever resolved. i don't recall reading anything that said it was.

    notice the pattern...

    dlh left bob.

    floyd left bob.

pavlik makes claims about bob and gets put on ice.

gamboa exposes bobs tactics and leaves.

chavez jr is exposing his tactics and may leave.

    donaire attempted to leave...

pac signed with gbp while still with bob...hires firm to audit dealings with bob...bob has pac tell them to stand down. smh.

mikey garcia is now having issues with bob.

bob is bad for boxing. period.

Everyone knew pac's promotional contract was almost up - others entered discussions and made offers to him. TMT did not make him an offer - manny already has a job as a congressman and clearly does not want to be his own promoter. Of course he signed with bob if it was the best offer presented. If Floyd wanted to stage the fight surely he could have at least made a farkin offer? There is nothing except ego stopping bob and floyd working together if they ever actually want it.

It's illegal tampering if an offer is made before the original contract is up.

It's only tampering if the offer is for fights during the initial contract period and not after.

Visionqwest is a reputable firm they would not put their rep on the line to make up stuff about Pac. That's suicide in the accounting business. See Arthur Anderson for reference with their dealings with Enron.:deal

Even if it were offered, Pac couldn't accept it. It appears nobody on this site has actually taken a law course in contracts. You can't just rip them up and ignore what you signed and Pac and Arum have a working relationship that they've both agreed to. So unless there are expiry dates or exit clauses, they're stuck with each other.

That doesn't mean anything. You're one of these people who obviously doesn't have a clue about contract law. You can't just accept a deal without Arum's involvement if Pac and Arum have a legally binding contract to work together as fighter and promoter. So that being the cause it doesn't matter what Floyd offers Pac. And Floyd's not a naive as you are, he knows this very well.

So you admit that Pac can't make his own decisions. lol Iceberg Arum will pimpslap Pac if he tries to get too independent.

Pac could have gotten out of his contract years ago. Bought himself out but he's too stupid to do so. Plenty of boxers have done this. Arum has been robbing him blind and he has tax problems because of him yet he signs an extension. Pac has no one to blame but himself for his finance and contract status right now. Even still Pac could have demanded that Arum made the PBF fight but he never has he leaves it all up to his daddy Bob.
