Floyd also said "Pac you're next":lol::lol:
*****s think Floyd's words are like the gospel. If Floyd shove his dick to the Thread Starter's mouth and tells him its a corn dog he will munch on it nonstop.

So was King, what's your point? If boxers have signed legal contracts with him, they have to work within the framework of what both parties agreed to. How hard is that to grasp?

What's yours? The initial comment about the court case came up in response to why Floyd doesn't want to do business with Arum. Regardless of what the decision is (and there hasn't been one yet AFAIK), I'd say the harm the suit alleges provides at least some basis for not working again with someone.

It would be tampering if Pac was under contract. I'm reasonably certain that a cause in the contract would have stated that Pac doesn't have the authority to accept fights within the explicit consent of Bob Arum. Whether promoters are good or bad is debateable, but look at it this way, essentially the UFC is a organization that promotes fights, so they are promoters. But because of the nature of the MMA, they essentially have a monopoly on MMA. Probably good for us, but undoubtedly bad for many of the fighters who have to just take what's offered to them.

I wouldn't jump to that conclusion but honestly I don't know enough about the details to render an opinion. But I do know people can't just go around ignoring signed contracts as if they never existed, and the fact the Pac resigned with Arum tells me they appear to have a good working relationship. And normally the promoter, be it Arum, or Floyd or both, just have to work together to agree on terms if a fight is ever going to be made. I think it complicates things that Floyd is acting both as a fighter and a promoter, and he probably feels he can promote the fight without Arum's involvement and therefore doesn't feel he doesn't need to pay a promoter to do this.

Letting one individual fighter be dubbed a PPV attraction is the issue. Thankfully at least it appears as though there is no one coming up that will continue that.

PPV should mean 2 elites are gonna rumble, not an A and a C+

Pacquiao still owes the governments of the US and the Philippines a **** load of money. Re-signing with Arum has essentially guaranteed he'll never see what would have been the biggest payday of his career. I bet he'll have to fight well beyond the end of this extension in order to settle his tax debts.

    ****ing dumb...

I'm sorry, do people still care about this fight? To be perfect honest, I don't really care too much about either fighter anymore. They don't fight that frequently, and their opposition is, at times, quite suspect.

There is an article on the scene at the moment where koncz talks about some of the other offers they looked at - including an interesting one from Cash Money Records. So there were other offers being received.

It's hilarious watching the Pacturds on this thread try to weasel their way out of having to face the fact that the CongROIDSman and his Jew scumbag daddy didn't want to see Money in the ring. Not then, not now and not ever. Those who put their bias views to the side see things for what they are in an objective manner.

It was relevant because PBF thought Pac might be on something so he wanted testing to be given to both men to ensure a clean fight. He had no idea that Pac would turn it down and run off to fight Clottey. Roach even said at the start it wouldn't be a problem. Tyson wanted blood test for his fight with Holyfield Zab Judah wanted random test to fight Mosley.

So let me guess you're against random blood testing in the sport of boxing? This is the steroid era of sports the commission tests are outdated more thorough testing is needed.

Lastly why was the 10 million dollar per pound over fine included it's not part of negotiations if he wanted that he should just talk to the commission. Even still PBF agreed.
