First of all that is not saying ****... who knows what his opponents are doing 6 months prior to the fight as well. They go through the same testing.

Obviously Pacquiao is'nt in position to demand who tests, if he insists on VADA then he's basically just posing for the media and really does'nt want to face the ire of Marquez again.
Team Pacquiao know damn well that Victor Conte has influence over at VADA and its Conte that has it out for the Guru Memo Heredia.


Pacquiao should be asked why he did'nt insist on VADA for the Bradley fight when Bradley himself tested with both the commision and VADA.
Pacquiao really should have thought about what he was going to ask of Marquez and followed that protocol for his last fight!
