    It's about time who Golovkin is going to fight was resolved. I read a very recent report where Golovkin's manager Oleg Herman says he believes the WBA will approve Daniel Geale as Golovkin's next opponent, and the date, regardless who he fights, will be July 26th.

    Mike Perez has now been cleared to train again and may face Bryant Jennings on the undercard of the Golovkin vs whoever on July 26th. Let's hope that whoever is Daniel Geale - and he seems to be firming as the likely opponent.

    Golovkin says he wants to fight Geale and then the winner of Martinez vs Cotto.

    "It is very important that I face the winner because it will decide who is the best at 160 pounds."

    Geale knows his pitter patter volume rubbish won't cut it against Golovkin. Expect his awful management to come out with some laughable excuse in the next couple of weeks. The bogan backslapper clique will lap it all up and defend him then fighting some bum in a half empty primary school hall in Tassie.

    We finally have an Australian boxer in a high profile weight division happy to go overseas and fight the best opponents and yet there are people hating on him - hard for a rational person to understand after a decade of Green and Mundine circus
