yeah, credit to Fonfara. he wasn't negative like some have been in the past, he showed grit and mental strength by taking the fight to Adonis.

I actually picked Fonfara for the Knockout, I was wrong but he came close.

I could see the Adonis/Kovalev fight going similar to Porter/Malignaggi, it would be a bad style clash.

Kovalev is a monster, he drops guys with glancing blows Adonis wouldn't stand a chance.

get the **** out of here....Kovalev has an even worse chin than Stevenson, plus he hasnt faced any worldclass punchers...Stevenson could take him out in a round, if he lands his left..:deal

It's a mismatch. Now I see why Stevenson wants no part of Kovalev. Better to have a Senior's Tour match against B-Hop and live to tell the tale, even if you lose.

Kov is the king at 175 until further notice. Love BHop, but a 50 year old isn't going to get the job done against someone like Kovalev.

Hoping Ward will throw his hat in the ring. He may be the only person at 168-175 who could give Kovalev a real fight and maybe a loss.

No wonder Stevenson ducked Kovalev, he ran to Showtime to avoid fighting Kovalev, and for a very good reason...................Stevenson knows Kovalev would knock him out. Fonfara is a fighter without skills, no defense, not much power, unknown and almost knocked Stevenson out................incredible. I did not expect Fonfara to go past the first round, much less go 12, while almost knocking Stevenson out...............

I thought Fonfara would be an easy fight for Stevenson. I either overrated Stevenson terribly or underrated Fonfara. Anyway, I think Kovalev is a hammer compared to Fonfara's fly swatter. If Fonfara had a great left hook Superman would have found some kryptonite.

I think Roy Jones Jr would beat Adonis Stevenson after what I just saw.

Fonfara landed lots of power shots on Adonis, but didn't have the power to seriously hurt him. If Kovalev had been in Fonfara's place, Adonis would have gone to sleep in less than 3 rounds.
