Recovery Supplements

    Hi guys I was just wondering if any of you could recommend any recovery supplements that you use. I have a medium price range, not anything too expensive e.g £40+

    Why people think they need supplements after they train Is beyond me.

    Pills and potions = big muscles with no effort = more girls/guys = happiness.

    fish oil caps, vit C, vit B
    or.............tuna/salmon, orange fruit/juice, Bovril/marmite
    I prefer chocolate protein shake after training only because im a recovering chocoholic

    I take Cod liver oil and some vit/minerals complex.
    Sometimes why protein and glutamine.
