Firstly Groves won the mental battle prior to the first fight and got under Froch's skin and Froch is using the sports psychologist to unnerve Groves much like when Collins used a hypnotist when he fought Eubank. Secondly Froch was rattled by the result of the first fight and needs the edge a psychologist may provide to approach the rematch in a more positive frame of mind.
