There was a poster from a year or two ago that presented a pretty convincing argument about Margarito being framed. Even made a vid. But I stopped taking him seriously when he compared that Pac-Margarito fight to Resto-Collins. You can probably find the thread with the search function.
Because they caught it BEFORE the Mosely fight. That is like trying to put someone away for murder because a guy has a gun and is picked up outside of his ex-girlfriend's house while her new boyfriend is visiting. The police may have gotten a tip that he was going to shoot his ex but since they picked him up before he did anything he can't be tried for murder. Also, Margarito denied any knowledge of the illegal activities, instead pinning it on his trainer. Maybe he didn't know but I am willing to bet no trainer would EVER do this without the fighter giving him the OK. It makes absolutely no sense the trainer would do it without direction. Since the California State Athletic Commission didn't catch him in flagrante dilecto they proably felt they couldn't suspend him for longer than a year.
pay no attention to these fruitcakes....they just have an agenda...in their minds margarito is some all time great that had floyd mayweather scared as ****....and pac beating him was the greatest win of the century....

margarito was not mentally fit to on that night after what happened. so a roided grandpa that needed 20million punches to beat margarito who off that night was impressive to you? watch the fight again idiot. the guy fought with 1 eye and cotto started to clinch in the latter rounds. that was the adjustment cotto made. margarito would start teeing off on him had he not resort to clinching. the 2 fights were basically the same, except for the eye problem of margo and cotto clinch. youre just a *****. *****s are dumb sobs.

margaritos only assets are stamina and a cinder block of a head....he was getting boxed to **** in the first cotto fight....if cotto had clinched in that fight margs would have lost even with his bricks...he was getting his face punched in repeatedly through the first 6....in the 2nd fight he got what he had coming to him....the eye problem comes from the fact that he has no boxing skills and gets punched in it repeatedly so now margarito was mentally unfit to fight? because of what happened? what happened? margarito went into the ring(with a clear conscience right? since he did nothing wrong or knew of nothing wrong).....margarito certainly looked ok walking to the ring.......lol at unfit mentally....basically he got exposed for being a crap fighter by a grandpa.....guy was as fit as he ever was going to be....what would have made him unfit if he knew of no wrong doing? even if he was rattled by wrap inspection....thats the sign of a mentally weak man....thats no excuse to walk into a ring and let another man push your **** in....like grandpa did.....even if i knew i was guilty of something....if i still walked into the ring to fight id make sure to hit and not get hit back like that
