    based on the many i've encountered yes, although i dont accept that all black people are like that.

    Well, it appears you were specifically calling out Black folk in America when you say:

    Surely, you can see how stating 'Afro-Americans' and invoking the names of American folks (Lil Wayne, Barack Obama) would give this impression.

    But having said that, I'm still curious: where did you meet 'black people' who wanted to be more like Lil Wayne than Barack Obama and where happy with ghetto conditions?
