True - he gave it one final go before the last bell but the previous few rounds looked ragged, tired and buzzed. Was definitely aware he might be in danger of getting stopped

 

I'd maybe have to watch it again as it was a while back now but I don't remember thinking the fight was gonna get stopped. Not in a million years.

i was worried about this fight until i saw the footage of Froch sparring Eubank Jr earlier.

Now im 100% confident that Groves will knock Froch out :bbb

 

The fight wasn't ever in danger of being stopped but Froch had started to look tired and wary of Wards punches, he definitely looked hurt to me a couple of times would need to watch it again to see which rounds

It's not exactly like Froch is a fantastic counter-puncher with snake-like reflexes, is it?

 

I wouldn't be worried. Groves likes to play mind mind games so who knows why if he's actually gonna try to do that? Everything for a reason apparently.
