Buck, why would he even attempt to start negotiations when Floyd said he'd give up the belt if he had to fight him. If a girl says "**** off I don't want to date you" are you really going to show up at her house the next week and ask?

To make Mayweather look like a dumb ass.

U dont need to start negoations, u just tell the WBC you want the fight then they make 30 day window to make fight or fighters gives up belt or purse bid. pac could've showed he actually wanted the fight but envoking his staus but he didnt. Thats a wuss move. I dont see how u guys dont see it.

Pacquiao has had numerous chances to put the pressure on Mayweather aka call his bluff but he bluffed every time!!! Mayweather "he can have my title" pacquiao doesnt go for it :patsch "Pac needs to leave Arum and we got a fight" pac sign contract extension"

I mean if u guys dont see pac never wanted a fight then i dont know what to tell you

I agree, I think they've both ducked, I'm actually sick of em both. However, as of late, it's clear Floyd is avoiding it.

This is why *****s are so stupid! Blood test will have a 2 week cut off date but they urine test will continue.

*****, please enlighten us on what type of drug you can use and clear it within a 2 week period.
