Oh ok, so this is purely an American thing, got it. It seems to me like "Americans" constantly talking about things that are generally true is upsetting to some, but still doesn't explain to me why anyone would care about things that have nothing to do with two men punching each other in the head. I'm sure Froch wears nice trunks and has better ring walks than Ward too, since all this petty insignificant **** seems to matter.

    Does it matter?

Although according to everything Ive read, he did in fact, break it

My initial point was about beating the 2nd best fighter in the world at his weight with a broken hand.

OK, lets just settle on him beating Froch decisively, lets leave the hands thing out of it.

No, you were right the first time. Broken.

Even Frochs heroic ability of having a hard cranium couldnt save him.

I'm not comparing them as fighters, its pretty pointless as Ward is far superior, a better comparison would be a dominant American Champion's earnings at the same time. I'm struggling to come up with an American champion so dominant at their weight that was less popular, and drew less than Ward, can you?

I got that you are butthurt because Americans constantly bring up the truth about Super-fights on US soil, PPV buys, thus the need to stick your chest out about Froch's purse etc, etc...

So my point is as a fan is what he's getting paid something you really care about or is this just your chance to gloat about one of the few big fights that don't happen in the US.

Poor Andre, he seems to be incredibly butthurt watching the two cash-cows of the SMW division making stacks he can only dream of in front of a stadium of 80,000 people and a global audience of millions :party :soccerye: :pwned

Not only is Wards entertainment value on par with activities like watching paint dry, he is very overrated, never faced an elite fighter his best win being a tailor made Carl Froch and that was 3 years ago... No longer top 10 p4p and I have the winner of Saturdays bout the top SMW.

Ward will never be a PPV star. Ever.

Andre Ward is the George Foreman to Froch/Groves's Tyson/Holyfield.

If Ward fails to defend his title by November against a noteworthy opponent, I will recognize the winner of Froch/Groves as the top Super Middleweight.

A Champion isn't about who you beat to earn that status, its how you carry that status. Foreman lost all credability as Champion in the late 90s by sitting on his ass, taking irrelevant fights, and whining about everybody ducking him while Tyson, Holyfield, and Lewis took his claim. Ward is dangerously close to pulling a Foreman.

Lol at all the Euro's more excited about a sell out crowd and purses than the actual fight. Andre must have done some SEVERE damage to the mental state of most of the butthurt fanboys by taming the Cobra.

not at all, you shouldn't judge others by your own standards. i've never felt the need to denigrate a fight in another nation. you asked a question, and didn't like my response.

Ok, you're an idiot who can't comprehend English. I care about the actual fight between fighters. Not about if the stadium is sold out or if Froch makes more than Ward, like the butthurt Euro's are.

Ok so then you as a fan are more concerned about the actual fight instead of the ticket sales and purses right? Which was my single and easy to understand point. If you review the thread it's full of Froch makes more than Ward, as if that somehow has anything to do with Froch fighting Groves.
