These guys must be boxing fans to begin with otherwise why would they come on to a boxing forum in the first place. I just find it crazy that instead of having a good chat about their loved sport, they want to troll.

You would think that by now the penny would have dropped with even the most tolerant of site management that failing to deal with the trolls is hurting their site and driving good people away. But no. Baffling!

The site has been going downhill now for about 18 months. Theres always been idiots/trolls, but the British and Classic sections seemed immune, but thats not the case anymore sadly.

A lot of knowledgable posters have left the forums now, which is a shame.

 

Yes, I am very aware of this problem, Shakes.
Surely it's well beyond time for action now.
Even a rudimentary scan of certain posters, say last 100 posts, would leave no room for doubt. They are just toxic haters. Why not ban them?

 

Because the mods are toxic haters themself. I'm guessing that troll who goes by the name of scott gilfoid is one of them.
