Pacman obviously, theres no debate. Pacman is much faster. Look at him against de la hoya, that speed was crazy. And he throws faster combos

Or maybe De La Hoya was just drained, slow, and needed an I.V.

Mayweather didnt school de la hoya like that though with his 'awesome speed'. Hatton himself said that pacman is toooooo fast.

if oscar was a walking dead zombie for the floyd fight, like he was for the pac fight, floyd would have put a chico/gatti like schooling on too.....im not tryna **** on pac man....but for crying out loud...recognize what oscar was that night....oscar said he couldnt even fire....and was quoted as saying "i was hoping hed just knock me out...i couldnt do anything".....now i wont discredit pac....but that had more to do with oscar having nothing.....roach said "i can see the IV marks in his arm" during the intros......guy was like a standing target.....oscar much better shape/healthier for the floyd fight......oscar hadnt fought at 147 in like 7 years man

    speed+accuracy=power....

floyd is no big puncher by any stretch...but like you said...alot of fighters hes fought have said he hits with plenty of pop...many of them were suprised by how he hit compared to the general presumption that he doesnt hit that hard

At welterweight? He's got a punch but he's no heavy hitter. Volume puncher.
