Why is Ward not willing to travel outside USA to make a big fight?

Why is Ward so against fighting outside the USA and would rather fight B-Level opponents in Jokeland? :think

He won't fight Carl Froch in front of 90,000 people at Wembley Stadium in England.
He won't fight Adonis Stevenson in front of 50,000 people at the Rogers Centre in Canada.
He won't fight Gennady Golovkin in front of 30,00 people in the Astana Arena in Khazakstan.

And while we are at it, why is he so unwilling to take the test? :think

 

No way froch vs ward if held at Wembley draws 90,000, at best 40,000. Still something ward can only dream of

Ward wont go to the UK and I don't blame him, when there's chance that Froch lands a grazing jab and the paid off ref jumps in and stops it.
