...he may lose his next fight.

He's going to lose something. He needs to stay active.

What the hell is he doing?

    He's lazy.

In a rematch, the Froch who KO'd Groves will do the same to Fraud.

I don't think so. I think Ward would beat Froch both inside and out.

However, Ward with serious inactivity could possibly lose to Froch by not seeing a punch he would normally see.

    Inactivity hurts boxers.

I think Ward has Frochs' number and they both know it.

His inactivity might make him more beatable and spice up his next fight though

That's the result of terrible promotion and management.

I think Froch can do better second time round but I just can't see how he'll beat Ward. Ward is in his prime, Froch has too many technical flaws and really only has a punchers chance. Ward dominated him from the outside and on the inside, Froch would have to risk it all and go for broke to get the KO and even then I think Ward would be too much for him.

Ward seems jaded on the sport and a little disinterested. Given his promotional/management issues, it's understandable.

He's got to be careful though, because that's the kind of scenario that can easily to an upset to a more focused fighter.

He is stuck in this promoter lawsuit. Really sucks. LOL @ him being lazy. LOL too funny. He would easily beat Froch again.

Ward would outclass Froch in another points win with Froch having big moments late in the fight .

Froch has incredible stamina , we all aware of this .

That's how the rematch would play out .

Once he sorts out his managerial/promotional issues he'll be back. And I'm sure he'll take a tune-up against someone no one's heard of before stepping back up.

The questions is... will anyone care?

he will keep fighting the Edwin Rodriguez'es and Caleb Truaxes of the world (no offense to either, but both just aren't that good) and keep crying that Froch, Golovkin and Chavez Jr don't want to fight him instead of trying to get fights in ways that require him to leave Cali
