After watching him saturday wonder what the rest of you on here thought of Kevin.... Personally untill the stopage i had him 3 rounds down and his professionalisim is terrible flunking an IBF check weight when a mandatory W.T Shot is at stake , also listening to him speak does anyone else think he sounds punchy as hell , Imo Burns and Katsidis have melted a few brain cells and knocked him punchy..........

Domestic/Euro at best imo and now think Crolla would have a field day with Mitchell also

Also had him 3 rounds down and wasn't too impressed with him, hard to say who deserves a shot these days with 5 world titles in some divisions but it seems like the match with Vasquez will happen and I don't give him much chance of winning.

Bad form not coming in on the weight but I think they were pretty certain that a Vasquez fight can be made anyway.
I kinda agree that KM is not up there considering who else in in the division but I would still like to see him get another crack.

Thought he was quite poor also, disappointed tbh in the missing weight and his performance. Vasquez kills him,as does Burns

He showed some heart in the fight and I thought he was going to go a few times.

Probably the best fight on the night.

tbh ive never really noticed as i find it hard listening to him at the best of times. I thought he was poor on Saturday but he got the job done in the end. I think he overrated massively by alot of people on here. Vasquez deals with him easy enough should they meet imo

Not based on his performance Saturday, seemed to get tagged quite easily.

Unfortunately I think Mitchell falls just short of world level.

Mitchell defo sounds punchy to me...

I think hes stuck between a rock and a hard place for me too, I would say he is better than our domestic level Lightweights but not good enough for World level.

Obviously if he got the Vasquez fight then fair play to him, I dont think he would win but I would certaintly be supporting him.

I would enjoy Mitchell vs Crolla, think that would be an absolute war!

This I actually think Guislain gasses on Saturday if he could have done the 12 rounds at a decent clip he would have had a clear win.

He was scoring with the flashy jab right hand to the body and the odd combo but as he slowed Kevin grew into the fight
When Guislain he changed guard and started walking in he got back on top but then his legs seemed to go. He took a few decent digs from Kevin but they weren't massive shots.

Mitchell always seems to do himself out of things. Missing the weight was silly. I'm not convinced his chin is great being sparked by Katsides well Mike has done that to a few guys but Burns? Hes isn't a never will be a puncher.

He's a euro level fighter which is a decent level but unless he finds one killer punch I cant see him beating any of the belt holders. He just doesn't have the extra 10%
