This thread is the same as to say that Mayweather never ducked Miguel Cotto in any circumstance because let's realize after Cotto beats what, beats who? You know Cotto is beating nobody soon so how can some guys say that Mayweather is supposed to keep on ducking a man that lost at Super-Welter and at Middleweight to others? Floyd is not forced to give chances to well loved fellas such as Maidana, Cotto, who have lost too many fights in a row regardless of what others have to say.

 

Mayweather already beat the **** out of Cotto... Irrelevant rematch.

Even though I had the fight 3 rounds to 8 for Mayweather it was much more competitive then the numbers show. I thought it was a wonderful display of boxing chock full of Jabs, feints, crisp hooks a pure boxing chess match. For the most part Floyds bouts consist of him countering an overly aggressive foe who can't operate even remotely close to his level....Cotto showed folks he has that sort of pedigree in there just not at Floyds level....then again who can other than say Rigo maybe Lara.
