Boxing outside your country or even on an other continent is much more difficult as it looks on paper.
Some very good boxers can't or won't even concider fighting outside the confort of their homes, afraid to get jetlagged, robbed, not having their own judges and refs, fighting in hostile admospheres etc...

So post your favorite fighter's "abroad record" here, or just one that stands out for being exceptionally good or bad for instance.

Sometimes it's even hard to determine wich country can be judged as home soil for some of the "world travelers". name them :good

Is this an indirect insult to Andre Ward?

No. To be fair, I came up with it when I realized Floyd has never fought on foreign soil because of the going to Wembley thread. Then I thought about Hopkins who doesn't like to fight outside the US because of his record there. Then about Marvilla and Matthysse who both got the short stick because they have to fight outside their borders. But now shook that off

This is why I made this thread.

I mean, guys from o0bscure or small boxing nations have nearly ALL their fights outside of their homelands.

Irish boxers for example have, for years, fought almost entirely in the US and UK
