Well, basically, I don't post on this forum, I only read the users' comments. But I woud like to hear some words from the CHEF to know if Stiverne is lying or not. http://www.rtl.de/cms/sport/boxen/news/stiverne-kampf-wie-ihn-keiner-zuvor-gesehen-hat-3c162-302d-14-1930257.html In this article, Stiverne basically says that he woulds beat Wladimir and that they already sparred together but Stiverne was sent back home sooner because , according to him, he "hit Wladimir to hard".
I'm not surprise at all, Wlad's chin is made of pure glass made in the Isle of Glass Jaws, Britain. There's a reason he loves to hug his opponents especially Povetkin on avg of 15-20 hugs per round.
I would love for Stiverne to land a right hand on Wlad's chin, and become the Undisputed HW Champion. Then again, sparring is VERY different from an actual fight.
I don't think he has much of a chance against Wlad. Laying back at range and waiting to counter him is just going to get you outboxed and possibly battered.
Maybe he hurt Wlad the same way Tank Williams did...by punching him in the balls. That's a great way to get tossed out of camp lol Anyway when Wlad is sparring multiple guys over an 8 week camp, it would not be earth shattering at all if he got staggered once or twice. Especially by a certified bomb thrower like Stiverne. That being said, Wlad tried making the fight but it didn't pan out. I don't think Stiverne himself is scared of Wlad, but his team knows its a big job. If/when the fight is made, Wlad will be the substantial favorite and for good reason.
These stories keep surfacing. You are not allowed touch him in sparring. Dillian Whyte, The Tank and now Bermane all got the boot for touching him. Banks had to jump in and save Wlad from The Tank.atsch Without being allowed to excessively hold he'd of retired long ago. Pulev is going to end this frauds tenure.
and the troll makes his appearance...you just can't help yourself can you? You are wrong as usual, if Wlad clinched less he'd win those fights faster...
I guess he probably was throwing body shots during the clinches and not giving Wladimir some proper work. Apart from his massive counter hooks, Stiverne is nothing special and he probably doesn't know it.
Funny how there are so many stories of people 'beating' Wlad up in sparring, and yet he 38 years old, still is the heavyweight champion, has been the lineal champion for the last 7 years, 2nd longest reign behind Joe Louis, and very seldom loses a round. Maybe sparring and actual competition are two completely different things.
Your a ******. What are you willing to bet on the Pulev fight? A lifetime ban? You have already insisted Wlad would duck him, and now that they are negotiating the fight you insist that Pulev will retire Wlad. Same crap u pull with every decent Wlad fight. Now you're grasping at sparring sesions to question Wlad. Pretty lame tactic since they are not on film. It must have been a rough decade for you with all this K2 domimance. You are a sad, sad human being:hi:
The only guy I could believe saying he gave Wlad some big troubles in sparring is Alexander Povetkin. Stiverne would have to land a lucky counter. He can't outbox Wladimir.
