Get your facts right before making public statements.

Bellew won his case before the Stewards of the Board and beat him again when ****** appealed the Steward's decision to the Stewards of Appeal.

****** also threw the towel in after issuing proceedings against Tony in the High Court and had to pay all the costs.

The Board did Order Tony to pay ****** 25% of his purse money by way of management commission for one fight which Tony had prior to determining his contract with ****** as his manager. No comment on Burns or Cleverley, the matters are sub judice.

******'s action against Burns is set down for hearing in the High Court commencing 8th. October 2014.
