    Coming from Floyd Sr: It's a cherry pick!

    Clearly Roach and Cotto are trying to disadvantage Martinez. No knee brace and a 159 cw. They think he's just full of injuries and done. I like Cotto but I might be rooting for Martinez in this one.

    I think it's Roach. He openly admits things like ducking fighters or trying to fight them past their prime or at a catchweight and nobody says anything. There are youtube videos yet nobody says anything. He even admitted recently that the Mayweather/Pacquiao fight in 2010 was Pac's camp's fault. Sorry, trying to bring that up but it's Roach.

    I'm not sure how a 159 lbs cw will disadvantage Martinez though, it's only 1 lbs.

    It's tough depending on how,the fighter struggles to make weight ..I. Don't think. Martinez is ever out of shape but it should be no issue but for a guy like Canelo that could make a difference same with Chavez Jr .

    Martinez has been stopped once.

    The commission brought up the knee brace issue for safety reasons. They are trying to be overly safe due to their fuk up of the Mago fight last year.

    The 159 catch weight was Sergio teams offer, and Cotto's team accepted it. He even said as much in the Face Off, that Cotto could have asked for a lower catch weight, but he accepted their first offer of 159.
