Al Gaymon is SCUM & bad for boxing, I hope he FAILS!

Racism has very little to do with it so don't be so quick to toss that card. So when someone hates Arum or any fighter who is not black, everything is okay, but as soon anyone hates a black fighter/figure..... it doesn't matter the reason, you are labeled a racist and you only hate them because you can't accept the fact that a black guy is successful. Sickening attitude.

 

How in the world haven you gotten the impression that Arum doesn't hate Mayweather's people just as much? He calls Schaefer and Floyd Nazis, he cries that Haymon is a sleazebag creep, and he's made just as many declarations over the years about never doing business with either.

Long before Mayweather said anything about refusing to do business with Top Rank, Arum said he wouldn't do business with Haymon (prior to the first negotiations), he'd allow Pacquiao to take on a Golden Boy fighter (after the lawsuit), and has repeatedly talked about how easy it suddenly becomes to make the fight if Mayweather signs with King/50. Even now he's talking about Garcia and Khan only getting the Pacquiao fight if they're with Oscar, as opposed to anyone else.

This notion that the Cold War is somehow only being perpetuated by one side is utterly at odds with Top Rank's actions over the last 5 years. The mere fact that they'll still happily use Floyd's name to promote Pacquiao's fights does not outweigh the many many more substantive words and actions they've taken to demonstrate a disinterest in doing business with Schaefer and Haymon.

Hes great for his fighters. That's why fighters love him. He puts money in their pockets. If you don't like it, eat a dick. you don't pay their bills. You have to take what you can get in boxing, no ones gonna give it to you.

 

His fighters would get even more money if they fought better guys. Floyd v. Pac rather than Canelo. Garcia v. Provodnikov instead of Herrera Maidana v. Pacman rather than Floyd(Rios got more v. Pac than Maidana v. Floyd). Wilder v. Chisora (rather than Scott). Mares v. Rigodeaux instead of Gonzalez.

 

Mosley got to fight Pacman, Floyd, Margarito, Cotto, Oscar, and Canelo primarily by NOT signing with Haymon.

 

Nobody really hated Haymon before this. The fact that he tried to sabotage GBP from inside, and then trying to prevent TR-GBP co-promotion is whats making people angry.

I mean ANY, ANY boxing fans should be supporting the end of the cold war. However *****s are such huge fanboys, they would rather not see the fights happen at all, if it meant Floyd gets to hide underneath Haymons skirt.

GBP wants to end the cold war, to me that means great fights. Bradley/Provodnikov/JMM/Rios/Alvarado-Garcia/Porter/Thurman/Khan/Alexander/Maidana/Mathysee. Who wouldn't want that? You guys are so fixated with your fanboinism you forgot about the fights you would want to see, instead you just want to root for Floyd's daddy.


Also where is this Haymon gonna destroy TR crap coming from? I mean who does Haymon have exactly, nevermind GBP but just Haymon. Arum still has Pac, Cotto, Donaire, Rigo, JMM, Bradley, Provodnikov, Darchinyan, Chavez Jnr, Mikey Garcia. Those are all top fighters and some of the biggest names in the sport, even if you include the whole GBP stable with Haymon, its still a very competitive stable. Lets also not forget that TR has signed the best prospects, they are proven at developing talent rather than just stealing one. Another big deal is, TR may be working with GBP, and GBP wont be working with Al Haymon, so who really has their back against the wall here?
