Imo, Frazier was to fast and would beat Foreman to the punch. Frazier-late ko

    Foreman.

I like Frazier, but his style is not well suited against a puncher like Foreman.

Still ends up being an early-mid round KO.

I agree, I don't think it would be a forgone conclusion with a prime Smokin' Joe. Joe was not the same fighter at that point. Size and style it still doesnt bode well for Senor Smoke but I think it is a much different fight.

They were both in their primes when their fight took place.

Frazier was far from his prime, Ken Norton has discussed sparring with Frazier that he was not the same fighter. Watching Frazier post FOTC you see a slower version much less dynamic eye sight.

Foreman is still a nightmare for Frazier. The Frazier of the FOTC and a few fights leading up to that would fare somewhat better, but he would still get stopped.

You need to be fast, mobile, crafty, defensively sound, and have a good right hand to beat Big George. Frazier lacked the big right hand and speed, but he did have his moments.
