Both tough fighters. Good chins and stamina. It would go the distance and Pulev`s experience will probably be the factor. Takam gets hit a lot.
How about Stiverne-Takam? Takam isn't exactly hard to hit, and Stiverne has great power. I would pick Stiverne by stoppage.
By the way Pulev was after 11 months of lay off and was ring rusty against Thompson but in the shape he is now he will beat takam easy ! he is smashing to pieces Price and Helenius in sparr...
Is it already august 2015? Thompson fought a month before the Pulev fight Price for the second time, got dropped and was really hurt in that fight. He only could recover for one month (while normally you need 3 months), that's why he had stamina issues in the Pulev fight. It's not difficult to smash Price and Helenius in sparring. Price got KO'D twice by Thompson, Helenius completely lost it and doesn't have anything left to become a contender again. Takam put a much better performance against the Tiger than Pulev did, fact. But as I said before, that jab would probably outwork Takam and give Pulev the decision.
