What advantages, physically does Carl have over Jones. I know you are a hardcore homer, but you can't actually believe Froch would beat RJJ anywhere. Ward beat that man with one hand ffs, a prime RJJ is a different fighter than Ward with two hands. But then again you and Carl himself thought the Ward fight was actually close, so I take that back, I'm sure you believe everything that you've posted.

But foch usually doesnt have the advantages, against tayor he was smaller slower less powerful worse balance but he knocked him out, it's easy to just assume roy jones knocks him out I think he probably would but you cant categorically say that is what would happen froch has earned that much

    Ward dominated carl froch.

RJJ blows him out in one round.

Roy Jones wins 120-106 just like he did against Reggie Johnson.

It,s easy to look at how badly RJJ struggled AFTER Ruiz... But, prime 168 RJJ was a monster. he would have pounded and stopped Froch who has been beaten by Ward and Kessler, who (no disrespect)) are not in RJJ,s class. RJJ,s power is a problem for Froch... But the real issue for Froch would be RJJ,s sick speed... He had supernatural speed in his prime. Whenever Frco THOUGHT about punching, RJJ would nail him first and hard !

Kessler had the chin to fight Froch toe to toe, RJJ doesn't

Ward liked to use his mauling tactics inside fighting filled with clinching and wrestling manoeuvres, RJJ didn't fight in that manner.

Roy activated the cheat codes himself.

How many times do you have to be schooled that triangle theories don't work in boxing. But in the case you put forth there is no triangle since Ward and RJJ never fought. RJJ doesn't fight in the grab clinch style Ward does.

I know that, but I was just saying that Del Valle threw a left hand, and the circumstances were different.

Look, we both know that if they'd have fought, and Carl had've caught him like he caught Groves, then Roy would have been sound asleep.

But the chances of that happening, would have been slim to none.

Carl could not have timed Roy. There's no way he could have coped with Roy's footwork and blazing hand speed.

You can't take anything from Roy vs Toney. That fight was against two prime guys, who respected each other.

The fight was never going to be fought at a high pace, because they were trying to out think each other.

    I can't see how it's a pick em fight.

I respect your opinion, but Roy was on another planet to Carl at 25.

Carl would have had no chance of beating him.

Thought my post was obvious enough as to what I was suggesting.
