IBF just sent out an offer to lemieux's camp for an eliminaton bout vs Felix Sturm and they refused and were not interested saying that Felix Sturm is not in lemieux's plans

They should fight Sturm, anything to get the fraud Quillin into a ring, but Quillin will duck him no matter what. Golovkin has been trying to get Quillin into a ring, but Quillin is way to afraid..................

Maybe Soliman would give him a shot. Screw Sturm. He'd get jobbed in Germany-DQ'd for hitting Felix too hard.

Quillin should man-up and fight him. Great regional matchup.

None of the top MWs will fight him, so he'll have to fight a gatekeeper or another up and comer.

Rubio is probably at a loose end since none of the "superstar" MW's will want to fight him because of lack of name recognition.

If lemieux wants to prove himself, get back in the ring with Rubio.

I agree that should be his chosen path, yes. It's been a few years, he would have learned a lot more since then and I think he beats Rubio a second time around. In doing so he'd erase a lot of the damaged momentum the loss caused to his career. If not Rubio, then someone at the level of Macklin or Martin Murray or Curtis Stevens even before taking on the very top of the division. Quillin won't get in the ring with Lemieux.

really? october? thats sad...i often find that with fighter who are used o fighting often(like lemieux) of 4-5 times a year, usually dont do as well when they start fighting 2-3 times a year...i mean especially if they are not going past 5 rounds

especially when you think about how quick his fights are, you would expect him to want to fight an extra time or 2 a year because thats extra money...its not like his fights take alot out of him...young tyson was a prime example of this fighting sometimes 2 times a month lol....i mean when your fight lasts less than a few rounds every fight(almost) then training is 10 times harder than the fight its self

Fight of the year right there .

I like how vicious Lemieux is with his punches , I think he can snatch Quillins titles from him .

I will be keeping my eye on him .
