Does anyone else think burns has made a bad move? I don't see how burns will improve, billy nelson worked miracles imo. If burns wins another world title I will be very surprised.

Nelson needs to break ties with Morrison and move to England were I'd think top talent would want trained by him, just look what he's done with a mediocre boxer in Burns?

Advise him to work full-time in the sports shop?

    Spot on mate.

David Price badly needs a good trainer and Billy would ensure he achieved his potential.

Billy's worked wonders with one boxer. ONE.

I'm sure he's a good guy and a good trainer, but ESB needs to stop licking his fat testicles.

He took Simpson to Belfast and beat a prime Lindsay, Im sure Anderson, Simmons,Hughes and Roberts all left him undefeated and Brophy is currently undefeated so he must be doing something right.
Even if Solaris is to be beleived and he's only done well with one fighter they had 10 world title fights together and was unbeaten in over 6 years, something any coach should get credit for.

Billy is a genuinely top bloke and great trainer, whose proven it time and time again.

Bad move for Burns in my opinion.

That would be ignoring the three awful performances that Burns put in, in a row, I assume?

I'm not saying he's a poor coach, but he's had major success with one fighter. That's it.
