Didn't Martinez say he was 100% before the fight?

What else can Martinez say before the fight? Can he say "I am a shadow of my former self and me knees are ****ed." If he spoke the truth, no one would buy the ppv.

Martinez will certainly go in the HOF one day, he is a MW legend. He is well past his prime now (last great performance was against JCC but even then he was past prime.) Great achievement by Cotto to win the title.

 

Basically, This was a fight arranged by boxing finance people. Once the public sees this fight in mass more people will be disgusted as i was. Sergio was over rated and in no physical condition with his injuries to fight anyone with Cotto's pedigree. The outcome was a no brainer. Thats why his team rolled over and laid down with all the concessions.

Pay attention once the fight starts you will see martinez was never in the fight and would not have been even if he had been healthy. Cotto had a soft fight and knew it.

I guess doctors are under qualified to really assess Sergio's knees after the fight. I mean, it's not like they medical equipment to see that ****. Yet, all these armchair knee surgeons watching on TV or a stream can surely identify it.
