Trinidad had a great left hook but I don't know about top 5.

There's been many great left hooks throughout history. It'd be pretty hard to come up with a list.

But taking into account numerous factors, like versatility, overall effectiveness, power, I'd have to go with SRR.

Also, Charlie White is said to have had the greatest left hook ever by many. But, because of the lack of footage it is hard to confirm.
