Unfortunately wishing, praying or hoping for someone else to have talent is useless.....you either have it or you don't. Loma has an abundance of talent and great experience in the AM's. It seems he has some tendencies that doesn't translate well as a pro but given his opposition in Salido it's understandable some of his kinks were exposed.... Even in the loss Loma answered just as many questions about his abilities and talents as there were questions after 12 rounds. Russell is talented as well but he's in for a big surprise stepping up for the forts time in his pro career... It will be a good test but he's going to need a little help from the powers that be if he wants to win this one.

Only a matter of time before GRJ gets his abysmal Glass Jaw shattered.

Sure I guess he'd need balls to want a title in second fight. Tho it's actually like his 8th pro fight. Not to mention the 400 amateur fights he had. That's fine n dandy to say he's got balls I guess. He's fukkin spoiled becuz he demanded and actually GOT a title shot in his "2nd" pro fight. Let's not forget he's now gettin shot at a title in his "3rd" pro fight after LOSING his first shot. That's what I mean by spoiled.
Oh and fukk Gary Russell jr.

Lomachenko did not lose to Salido, he lost to Laurence Cole. Salido's punches landed on the legs, balls and hips and Lomachenko had Salido out on his feet in the last round, even had him hurt in the 11th, but Laurence Cole saved Salido. The judges should never had counted the low blows on Lomachenko as points.

GRJ is the most overhyped boxer in the world. He has handspeed and nothing more.

Lomachenko is going to knock him senseless.

8 if you count ye wsb fights, and everyone here complains about fighters who never step up or have been pro 6 years and never faced a live opponent ,Loma get stuck in straight to competitive fights because he wants to and his spoiled? Every promotor in the world were falling per themselves to sign lomo and the reason he went with arum is because he got the title fight in his second fight he could have signed with someone else for more money and probebly face cans for his first 10 fights , now that would be spoiled

Lomo has been hammering the best amateurs in the world since he was 19 I think it's understandable that he doesn't want to go back facing journeymen

Beating selimov in the wsb is better than any of Russell's wins

And people act like losing the Salido fight is terrible for him, he faught a guy 2 weight divisions in above of him , with the crowd against him, and a referee who allowed him to low blow all night long and he then lost a split decision that could have gone either way

    LOL!
Don't blame Cole for not telling Loma how to fight like a Pro by using his jab and not grabbing and dancing with Saildo alnight.
Cole did a fine job by not calling Saildo's low blows and not calling Loma's Klitscho grab and hug technique.
GRJ would have beaten Saildo that night had they fought and wouldn't have needed to blame Cole for not helping. :yep

    That's an awful post.

Vasyl is much to do about nothing at this point and as long as Russell has been doing his road work he will outbox Hi-Tech to an easy UD.
