    Round 1

Monaghan is doubling his jab up into Muriqi's guard and backing him into the ropes with powerful, slightly telegraphed straight right crosses. Muriqi is scooting back and flurrying at the sides of Monaghan's shaved head. Left hook downstairs by Monaghan after driving Muriqi back with the hard double jab up top and the reach-through 1-2. Muriqi is mostly wheeling himself away with his guard up, letting Monaghan whip in body hooks with both hands coming forward.

    10-9 Monaghan

Andrade vs Rose could be one of the worst fights ever shown on television.

    Both have sleep inducing styles.

I'd rather HBO made the Monaghan vs Muriqi fight as the televised undercard fight, at least it promises to be entertaining.

According to commentators on Sky, when Tony Bellew came over eighteen months ago to spar with Seanie Monaghan in the US, he was very impressed with him and found he needed to elevate his game and work really hard (though he still got the best of it)

Yeah so far so good, a bit monotonous perhaps but steady action, neither too negative.

    Andrade vs. Rose will suck.

Monaghan looks solid. He's throwing some nice combinations to the face and body. I see a knockout coming in the next 3 rounds.

    Round 2

Monaghan is buzzing the forehead and scalp of Muriqi with the power-jab and 1-2 or 1-1-2, staggering him back at times and working the left hook under the elbows. Muriqi is taking a licking but hanging in, circling, using head movement and glove pick-offs where he can, and mounting a few short rallies with uppercuts and clapping rights up top while dipping to his left.

    10-9 Monaghan

    20-18 Monaghan

He is a solid LHW, but he is being lined up for Kovalev in autumn. He will get absolutely brutalized, just not on that level.

That was prerecorded, not live. I didn't get too close a look while that Lampley introductory segment was on but it probably was Papazov vs. Mendoza, given their size (and the fact that it was a white male and Latino male, with that being the only bout on the undercard that fits such a description)

Papazov knocked fellow Boxcino 2014 quarterfinal participant Mendoza out earlier tonight, per Twitter, and looked very impressive.

No doubt. Kovalev needs willing opponents and the challenge is get Monaghan in the ring.
