Although I agree with many things that you said I must say that I am not living in the past because the past creates the present and so Manny & Top Ranks past actions have created their present reality. I believe that Floyd wanted the fight in 2010 and conceded to everything Manny and Top Rank requested and at the end of the day Floyd's only request was RANDOM Testing then all of a sudden the avalanche of excuses fall on the sport and the fans of the sport.
