    Whatever mate :rofl

P.S. I love Pea but prime for prime Duran outworks him. Both at their best is 50/50 fight. Oh, and never mention Floyd in the same breath as Pea and Hands of Stone.

Roberto Duran is easy to argue as a top 10 ATG and if anyone ranked him lower than, eh, say 16th on their "ATG list," I'd have a problem.

who did he beat? does the all time list have anything to do with beating other fighters of great level or is this just a popularity contest. Who did he beat????? Hearns? Benitez? Hagler? who? Buchanan and Barkley?????? That is not all time great and you guys know it..... Most overrated guy ever!!!!!

Duran had skills. a guy with Sweet Pea as a profile name should be able to see that.

Duran is only overrated by those who put him in the top 5 atg. Anyone that has him outside of the top 15 atg underrates him.

I don't like Duran at all, especially his fighting style, but he seriously was the SRR of 135 division. He was skilled as hell, hit hard, beat a lot of world champions, won championships in 4 divisions, is the only one from the fab 4 to beat Leonard, had huge balls and heart and much more.

What most posters fail to realize is that Duran had probably the best transition from defense to offense and vis versa that the sport has ever seen. He could be rolling with a punch and a split second later he's attacking in combinations. Ranking wise, I personally have him at 6th but anywhere from 4-8th sort of works for me. But for the "no mas" fight and his 4-5 flght slump after that, he could have been higher. Just imagine if he'd have beaten Hagler where he'd be rated.

Just out of curiosity what's not to like about all of this? And as for his fighting style, I thought it was extremely entertaining and effective. Like Dundee said, people think he's a brawler but all you have to do is look at his face after a fight to know he does a lot of cute things in the ring.
