    i hate that "el matador" is used by mayorga... i hear matador and i think of a slick defensive fighter such as a pernell whitaker. mayorga is more of a bull

    YES I HATE THAT. I was thinking certain names should be reserved for certain type of fighters:

    Hitman - Good BOXING SKILLS and KO POWER (TOMMY HEARNS not HATTON)
    Thunder - fighter with a lot of heart
    Lightning - Fast fighter
    Sugar - speed/smooth/slick
    Etc.

    Name should represent the style the fighter uses!

    Both were gangsters!!!

    Both went to prison :oops: (Not that it's anything to be proud of) but that's what makes this name stick so well.

    Both speedy/slick!!!! Floyd in the boxing ring, the original PBF escaped from prison. :rofl
