GRJ.... single digit connected punches, single digit connect percentage... :-(

He has fitness, and a passable chin though I will give him that.

Looks like he just came in and outboxed the **** out of him. Maybe it was GRJ who got exposed?

Yeah. I was totally shocked at how easily Loma negated GRJ's offense. It was pretty astounding; a clinic on how footwork, angles, and timing negate speed.

4% connect rate for GRJ jabs?
10% overall connect rate for GRJ?

I wouldn't have predicted those kind of numbers for GRJ. Especially when GRJ was the home team (the Showtime fighter) and Loma was the away team (visiting from HBO). One might think the ShoStats could favor the Showtime fighter slightly.

Lomachenko had more trouble with Albert Selimov in World Series of Boxing last year.

the brothers have nothing to worry about. lomachenko was clearly much bigger and stronger than russell. the brothers are accustomed to this. the brothers understand that the others have to have a sized advantage suc has a weight classd or two heavier (such as maidana-floyd) or it's not a fair fight. but despite the inane showtime commmentary, a draw was the fair decision.

So you are saying that GRJ had no business fighting for that belt in that weight class to begin with?

...did you watch the same fight as everyone else? Or did someone just vaguely describe it to you and then you picked an outcome at random? Because that is literally the only way that you and that "judge" could have come up with a draw.

Draw? 119 -109 would have been more fair than draw. GRJ landed maybe 10 clean punches throughout the fight.

Funny this is, all you hear about is Lomachenko getting a lesson in "tha pro game homeboi!" when Salido f*cks off the weigh in and gets in the ring as WW.
I guess it's different now, for some reason.:rofl
