You're being disingenuous Dino, taking that out of context.

Boente was saying he wanted POVETKIN to be tested by the German agency. His concern was that Povetkin might be on something. Remember how Povetkin's team wanted to delay the fight from August to October?

He didn't have a problem with with using RUSDA, as long as the boxers were ALSO TESTED by the German agency.

How exactly is it obvious? :-(

Why do people need to resort to lying to discredit Wlad? That's low.

Wladimir has never refused PED testing.

Other boxers such as Andre Ward and Bernard Hopkins have refused PED testing.

No, thats a flase statement you just totally fabricated.

The fight was held in Russia and was a Russian promotion therefore RUSADA was to be used. Boene refused unless he got NADA. He wanted German testing for a fight in Russia.
If he didn't get it , he said there will be no fight. That is exactly the way it went down.

It starts up once again. A pro fighter using PED's accuses another of using PED's. Then demands drug testing because his PED guru claims they can beat the testing protocols.

Then a bunch of people on the Web who cannot do a pullup argue about who is using PED's.

He refused testing that wasn't done in Germany where he can bend the rules and has a huge influence.
Chaggy can't get a licence to box , but in Germany he can box away to his hearts content.

I have suspicions about the Germans and PED's. Even their football team(s) seems like they could be on them.

Just few facts about the situation:

    1) Sauland Events as Pulev's promoter actually EARN money by performing tests in agency covering german amateur (read - olympic) sport - German National Anti-Doping Agency (NADA). How so? - Saurland Events has a contract with german state TV channel ARD, which pays money to SE and demands testing done in NADA.
So, these extensive tests are not costing anything to SE but they actually gets paid, that's why they accepted it and forced on their boxers.
    Proof: http://www.boxen.com/en/news-archive/news-details/article/ard.html
Are SE sharing these money with opponents of their boxers? NO.

    2) Klitchko-Pulev is mandatory defense of IBF belt. SE could have sorted it with K2 via negotiations but they went to purse bid in attempt to get as much money as they can from K2.
They lost the purse bid but increased their share.
According to IBF rules whoever won purse picks the place of the fight, and anti-doping testing is performed by the rules and organisation of local professional governing body at the place of the fight. Since the fight will be held in Germany the testing will be performed by the rules of profession German Boxing Union (BDB). According to their rules there's no additional testing during camp.

So, if you really want to force something on K2 maybe you should have either:

    - Instead of forcing it to go to purse bid in order to milk as much money as possible from K2, SE could attempt to negotiate and sacrifice some money but add additional camp testing. Did that happen? NO.
    - or -

    - Since SE went to purse bid and want to force something on K2 then SE should have won purse bid and look to organise fight somewhere where they can influence local professional boxing body to force some rule you want (like they did it with Valuev-Chagaev by making fight in Finland and taking belt without the fight by weird slip of the rule in medical part). Did they do that? Again, NO.

So now, what happens now is just random barking of SE (who actually getting money from ARD, and getting biggest payday for Pulev where they made sure they get as much as they can) in attempt to discredit K2 for free.

Not true. Mesut Ozil is the most unfit looking 'elite' attacking footballer I've ever seen.

You have to look at them as a whole, not just one player. They seem to have improved a lot physically over the past few years and they seem a bit 'roid-ragey' to me. Even guys like Robben seem to have noticeably improved physically since he's been in Germany. Maybe it's not even something currently against the rules but I think they have some tricks over there. Clever people.

    :good

Sauerland isn't doing well these days, with their up-and-comers Groves, Masternak and Nielsen recently losing important fights and their TV contract with ARD in jeopardy.

We all know why you hate Wlad.

You said in this thread Wlad is on PEDs, even going so far as to call him "a poster boy for PEDs":

Now, link to some PROOF or stfu.

That's a very serious accusation, you would be banned from some sites for making unsubstantiated allegations.

Why do you always lie like this when you can never back it up?

I dont see why there should ever be any ripples caused over a fighter wanting more drug testing for a fight.
