    1. Wladimir
    2. Stiverne
    3. Wilder
    4. Povetkin
    5. Fury

Povetkin and Fury aren't punchers, either... Honorable mentions? Takam, Price, Ruiz Jr, Thompson, Arreola, Meehan? Really slim pickin' for the division.

Wow. There aren't any good punchers at HW right now. I don't rate Haye since he hasn't fought in 2 years.

    Real punching power:
Wlad is an all time puncher.
    Haye is a great puncher
Wilder looks like a great puncher. He should take the Thompson test Or wach test.
Helenius was a very good puncher.
Stiverne looks like a gold puncher.
    Thats all you got.

Haye isn't a puncher as a HW, guys.

Chisora was impressive, buuuuuut... What else? And why do others get omitted from rankings after one year of inactivity yet Haye seems to stick around for people despite not fighting in two years.

IMO Stiverne and Wilder are better punchers than Haye.

Povetkin shouldn't be top-10 by any means, he has excellent finishing ability and good punching skills, but he's not hard hitter.

Povetkin couldn't stop Firtha in 10 rounds (Firtha was KO'd many times). He couldn't even drop cruiserweight Marco Huck (who was KO'd by featherfisted Cunningham).

He wasn't able to hurt just once past-prime Chagaev or small Eddie Chambers.

Shot Byrd was taking big shots and was never dropped in 11 rds. In the next fight he was KO'd easily by LHW jorneyman Shaun George.

Shot Rahman, glass-jawed Wawrzyk, 41 y/.o. Boswell, and Charr, whose defense is his chin - not imperssive list of KO victims.

Haye hasn't fought in 2 years. If you list him why not list Vitali?

if Helenius were active and hands healthy he surely would be one respectable puncher and his finishing ability was very good when he smell the blood. but since he isnt active he cant be rated same as Haye.

i would rate Price higher as well. out standing puncher, price should ve higher than Arreola. Fury isnt big puncher at all.
