No one can beat Floyd cos no one gets to face Floyd in anything like their prime if they have anything close or greater than a 40% chance of beating Floyd. Mayweather has dropped belts to avoid mandatories too. Unless Mayweather grows a pair he ain't ever going to lose a fight. Pac fought odlh, hatton,Mosley after Floyd. So what makes these common opponents a cherry pick for Floyd but not PAC? Not to mention when Floyd fought them they fought at a comfortable weight. PAC drained them.
